Where are your products made?

All Bliing pieces are handcrafted by a team of craftsmen in Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong.

Are the pieces real?

All gemstones in our Bliing pieces are the works of Mother Nature and are natural. They are mined ethically and then are given the cuts and treatment they deserve to show of their best side.

Where are the materials from?

All gems are from all over the world! Each gem is unique and its characteristics and properties are a result of where it is mined. Australia, Africa, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Myanmar are some of the countries where these gems come from but definitely not the only ones as we are constantly on the look out for unique gems!

Do your pieces contain any nickel?

There is no nickel in the gold coating and silver that we use in our setting.

What materials are your jewellery made of?

Most of our jewellery are in gold vermeil. That is 18K gold that is 2.5-3.0 microns layers thick on sterling silver. This is about 10 times thicker that the usual gold plated jewellery.

There are some unique pieces that we set in 18K solid gold. That is fully 75% gold inside and out with the 25% made up of other elements to give the gold strength, resilience and colour.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment throuh PayNow, bank transfer and Paypal are accepted. For any other forms of payment, contact us to enquire!

Can I place a custom order?

All our designs can be customised with your choice of gems as long as we have access to quality gems.

Is my purchase covered by warranty?

Every hand-crafted BLiiNG piece comes with our 2-Year Warranty. Whether you have accidentally scratched a ring or want your earrings replated, we will repair your jewellery free of charge. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

How can I check the status of the order?

Contact us and we are more than happy to update you on your order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Any change to an order can be made within the 48h of purchase. Simply contact us for the details!

Shipping & Returns

Can I exchange something in my order?

Exchanges may only be made within the first 30 days where the item is defective. Where this is not possible, Bliing will offer store credits of the same value as the amount paid. Any exchange can only be done once. Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased and any shipping costs will be borne by the customer. No returns, exchanges, or replacements are valid for customised items.

What is your return policy?

Bliing provides a 30-day return window starting from the day your item gets delivered. Refunds are in the form of store credits only and take approximately 15-20 business days to be processed by our team. In order to prepare for your return, please contact us at to initiate the return process. 

Where do you ship?

We ship locally and internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

3-day shipping is free for Singapore orders above S$100. For international orders, shipping is S$40 flat for any destination in the world.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Do contact us within 24h for the change in address.
